UK Mainland
Wines For U currently deliver to UK verified postal addresses only, excluding P.O.Boxes and addresses deemed unsuitable by our delivery department.

UK Islands
We deliver to the following Island of the UK
Isle of Man - Usually within 48 hours.
Isle of Wight - Usually within 5 working days

If you are in any doubt please check with us prior to completion of order process as we retain the right to refuse delivery if we deem necessary.

The standard delivery charge is FREE to Woking and 15 mile radius (Please call for details before completing order process), otherwise it is £6.99 and applies to each delivery address.

Deliveries are carried out by our own dedicated drivers and are usually fulfilled between 1 and 5 working days of order.
London is within 48 hours (usually next day if ordered before 2.00 pm)

Next day deliveries are available but please call before 12.00 midday to arrange this.

There is a minimum order quantity of 6 bottles of wine (12 to UK Islands). Orders under this amount will be dealt with on an individual basis, dependent upon price of requested product.

Returns
winesforu.co.uk consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be paramount. With this in mind if you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact our customer service department on 01483 770005 or e-mail info (at) winesforu.co.uk

If you do wish to return any products to WinesForU.co.uk the order will be treated as a cancellation unless it is for the reason defined below.

If the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent in error, please contact our customer service department and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible and for the damaged/wrong goods to be collected. If that wine is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity of a refund.

Cancellations
You may, if you wish for whatever reason, cancel your order. The cancellation period is up to 7 working days from the day after you received your "unwanted wine". The bottles should remain unopened and intact. You can contact us on 01483 770005 or you can send an email to info (at) winesforu.co.uk

We will reimburse all monies for the purchase within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation. The wines will be returned to us at the customers cost. If the wines are not returned by the customer we will arrange collection and the collection cost will be deducted from your refund. Failure to return the wines, or make available for collection, will place the customer in breach of a statutory duty. 

If you cancel an order you shall be under a duty to restore the wines to WinesForU.co.uk. You must retain and store the wines in good condition until we can arrange collection and the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.

If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the current price set out on the Wines For U web site.
